This is how FourKnocks ("we", "us") handles your personal data, in line with GDPR and Irish data protection law.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, job details and any photos you choose to send. We also collect basic technical data (browser, device) for analytics.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and carry out the work if you book us. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months so we can reference past jobs and quotes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email infofourknocks@gmail.com and we'll sort it within 30 days.
Third parties
Your enquiry is stored in our secure database and delivered to us by email. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used.
