Terms of Service
The straightforward version of using FourKnocks — the website and the services.
Quotes
Quotes are given in good faith based on the information and photos you provide. If the job turns out materially different (extra floors, extra load, restricted access not mentioned), we'll agree any change with you before doing the work.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we agree a date and price. If you need to cancel, give us as much notice as you can — 48 hours keeps everyone friendly.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the usual methods — we'll confirm when quoting.
Care & responsibility
We treat your property and animals with care. Please tell us about anything fragile, hazardous, or temperament-related before the job starts.
